Lawyer’s Proclamation

In Support of a Fair and Equal Election

We, being lawyers of and for the people, and in support of legal elections that preserve the equal protection of all those citizens with the right to vote, do hereby assert and then demand the following remedies:

Assertions

1. A Republican form of civil government exists as a matter of right, and in reciprocity with the electorate; where one fails the other fails;

2. The Rule of Law is a distinctly conservative Christian truth, emanating from the Lord Jesus Christ himself (and belonging to him), insofar as law exists objectively, and apart from perceptivity and subjectivity, and applies despite its attempted ignorance or rejection; the Rule of Law is anathema to humanism, which breeds autonomy and therefore chaos;

3. Likewise, the Western Legal Tradition (including the common law as reflective of the Scriptures, whose God is omnipresent, but not necessarily brooding), is a distinctly conservative Christian set of truths, having been woven together over the centuries and from different cultures, but nevertheless having survived because of the Lord’s will;

4. The Rule of Law and the Western Legal Tradition are responsible for securing the right to vote (and the duty owed to God to do so). Wars have been fought and people have died over the right to vote in a fair and honest election, and for there to be equal protection of each vote;

5. These United States were formed with the intent of forming a more perfect Union, and were further sanctified through the 15th Amendment, the 19th Amendment, and the 26th Amendment;

6. That on November 3, 2020, a fair and honest election, to all those being reasonable and prudent, is not acknowledged to have occurred – and this is to be based on evidence (which the Mainstream “Media” suppresses), which of the legal variety is direct and circumstantial, plentiful, and well beyond a reasonable doubt;

7. The proposition that Joseph Biden won the election for the Office of President is literally unbelievable, based on the obvious facts – despite what the Mainstream “Media” zeitgeist imputes on everyday society;

8. In that same regard, we reject what is implied to have been ratified in the November 3, 2020 election: cultural Marxism – as currently enforced by the Mainstream “Media” (which, in its current form, is not a “Press”) – and political Marxism, which may be imminently implemented in this great Nation, against the common will of the people and state legislatures;

9. This Nation’s corpus juris has at its apex the Lord Jesus Christ, who has both power and authority; no Democrat can overpower Jesus. “We are subject to the men who rule over us, but subject only in the Lord.” Calvin, J., & Beveridge, H. 10. We reject a King (contra I Samuel 8), whether it be one inegalitarian, foreign, bureaucratic, corporate, or in any other human or fallible form.

Remedies Sought

1. Instanter, a remedy in the form of a federal Special Counsel, to investigate individual and corporate acts of fraud in the voting process, whether it be from the electorate or a candidate;

2. Instanter, state legislatures in Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania convene, for the purpose of remediating the unconstitutional election rules changes, and delegating the electors with the responsibility of voting for Donald J. Trump as the next President;

3. Instanter, all state legislatures convene, for the purpose of investigating and determining those cases where candidates for any level office purchased votes, having committed illegalities;

4. Instanter, United States Attorney General Barr exercise all jurisdictional means of investigating and determining all illegal acts to have occurred in the voting process;

5. Instanter, all magistrates – inclusive those lesser – reject the results of the Presidential election, and if applicable put in abeyance any federal transition of authority to Joseph Biden, et. al.;

6. Instanter, the Justices presiding as the Supreme Court of the United States refresh themselves on how there is to be a mechanical application of the law of the land, and not a deference to political issues (which the Chief Justice claims to ignore): That “it is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is,” and then apply it. Nay, judges are not final.
